Cabin Relics, Lauder Lake

These relics on Lauder Lake can be found on the east shore - at the campsite. It's clear at one point there was a cabin here, but I was unable to gain any additional information beyond that. There is another cabin on the other side of the lake and I believe at one point a cabin on the island too. No information on year of construction, who built them or when they were decommissioned.
